Adler Cuisine is a family business, owned and run by Vendi Klaushofer, his wife Juanita and son Vendi jnr. Vendi snr completed Hotel School in Salzburg, Austria, in 1980 and immigrated to South Africa in 1981. He worked in top hotels and restaurants and established Adler Cuisine in 1994. Vendi Jnr completed the local HTA professional cookery school and joined the business in 2002. Combined they have more than 40 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry and can cater for any function large or small. Adler Cuisine produces their own quality cold meats, sausages, salamis and speciality smoked meat products.
We offer the following:
No mechanically recovered meat, genetically modified ingredients, chemical colourings or preservatives, artificial additives, fillers, excessive fat or meat extenders are used in our products. Natural wood chips are burned for our smoking process instead of smoke essence. Our products have little or no shrinkage after cooking.
